Tom gave me a quick, accurate estimate. Louis did an excellent job repairing and painting the scratches and dings on my Jaguar I-Pace. He also delivered it to me at the time promised and provided me with some additional touch up paint as well. The car was vacuumed and cleaned prior to delivery.

These guys are very humble and very good at what they do. They don't try to rip you off like a lot of places do. They are actually the only auto body shop in the New Milford/ Danbury area that I trust my car with. I recently hit a deer and I Knew exactly where I was going to take my car to. Didn't even have to think twice. They actually cleaned up work from another Tire shop in the area that did a blotched job, scratched and chipped my rims and New Milford Auto Body Fixed my rim and had it looking brand new again.

Somebody hit my car so I needed body work done on the bumper. I spoke to Tom who was very helpful in explaining everything simply. He did it for the amount of money the insurance company was willing to pay out, which didn’t seem like much at all. He asked if I wanted an oil change since it was due for one and charged a very fair price for that. Everything was done in less than 2 days! And when I picked up my car it was very clean. I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend New Milford Auto Body.

dropped off my jeep to be repaired, Needed driver door and fender, windshield. they did a nice except windsheild sensors didnt work, had to take back to repair and they failed to make sure i didnt need alignment.. jeep hasnt been the same.. also asked for an itemized breakdown of repairs and owner wouldnt give to me on the insurance estimate.. Never again
